Phase I pricing starts at $875 per square metre, with rates varying by building, floor, orientation and apartment configuration. Penthouses and commercial units are priced separately.
Maintenance
150–200 AMD / m².
Park Legrand partners with a maintenance firm for cleaning, security and upkeep of the park and residential areas, priced in line with the Armenian national average.
